Today in LinkedIn Recruiter, recruiters are able to schedule phone screens via LinkedIn’s own scheduling tool, but also through any other 3rd party scheduling tool they may use.

In past research, we’ve learned that the one thing recruiters want LinkedIn’s help on is the top of the funnel sourcing process while also learning that the top two tools recruiters use to schedule candidates were Calendly (which majority of the participants responded using) and GoodTime. Based upon this research, we set out doing an extensive design process including: research, concept exploration, usability testing, and iterations.
