Context

The purpose of this project was to better understand Hiring Platform Reporting Jobs To Be Done across the hiring funnel and create a journey map of a recruiters workflow.

A researcher interviewed a mix of 10 recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and talent acquisition leaders from varying company size to understand the types of data being leveraged at different stages of the hiring journey.

Below is my journey map of consolidated raw data across those varying users.
